Sec. 4. The fee for a state educational institution trust license plate is as follows: (1) An annual supplemental fee of fifteen dollars ($15) under IC 9-18.5-12-16 . (2) An annual fee of not more than twenty-five dollars ($25) as provided in IC 9-18.5-12-14 (d)(2) or IC 9-18.5-12-15 (b).
