Sec. 3. A person that is eligible to register a vehicle under this title is eligible to receive a state educational institution trust license plate upon doing the following: (1) Completing an application for a state educational institution trust license plate. (2) Designating the state educational institution trust special group license plate desired. (3) Paying the fees under section 4 of this chapter. [Pre-2016 Revision Citation: 9-18-46.2-4.]
