Sec. 3. The fee to register a motorcycle or motor driven cycle is twenty-six dollars and thirty-five cents ($26.35). The fee shall be distributed as follows: (1) Twenty-five cents ($0.25) to the state construction fund. (2) Thirty cents ($0.30) to the spinal cord and brain injury fund. (3) Fifty cents ($0.50) to the state motor vehicle technology fund. (4) Two dollars and ninety cents ($2.90) to the highway, road and street fund. (5) Four dollars ($4) to the crossroads 2000 fund. (6) One dollar and twenty-five cents ($1.25) to the integrated public safety communications fund. (7) Three dollars and ten cents ($3.10) to the commission fund. (8) Seven dollars ($7) to the motorcycle operator safety education fund. (9) Any remaining amount to the motor vehicle highway account. [Pre-2016 Revision Citation: 9-29-5-2.]
