Sec. 5. (a) The governor shall annually designate one (1) of the members appointed under section 4(1) of this chapter as chairperson of the commission. (b) Members of the commission appointed under section 4(1) of this chapter serve a four (4) year term that expires June 30, 2025, and each fourth year thereafter.
