Sec. 4. The commission consists of ten (10) members, the majority of which must be Indiana residents, appointed as follows: (1) Six (6) members who are Indiana residents, or are employed by a business with a nexus in Indiana, appointed by the governor. Two (2) members shall be representatives of the automotive vehicle and component manufacturing industry. One (1) member shall be a representative of a labor union representing workers in the automotive vehicle and component manufacturing industry. One (1) member shall be a representative of Energy Systems Network. One (1) member shall be a representative of the Battery Innovation Center. One (1) member shall be a member or employee of the Indiana Chamber of Commerce, as recommended to the governor by the Indiana Chamber of Commerce. (2) Four (4) members of the general assembly who are appointed under section 6 of this chapter.
