Sec. 119. "Operator of a special tractor mobile home rig" means: (1) a person employed by a mobile home or sectionalized building manufacturer, dealer, transport company, or individual owner for the purpose of driving a vehicle transporting a mobile home or sectionalized building (as defined in section 163(b) of this chapter) on any public road or street; or (2) an individual moving the individual's own mobile home or sectionalized building on the highways.
