Sec. 118. (a) Except as provided in subsection (b), "operator" means an individual who operates a vehicle, watercraft, off-road vehicle, or snowmobile. (b) "Operator", for purposes of IC 9-18.1-14.5 , has the meaning set forth in 33 CFR 174.3.
