Sec. 11.5. As used in this chapter, "white lining" means the act of marking the route or boundary of a proposed excavation or demolition: (1) by means of white paint, flags, or stakes or by electronic means approved by the association; or (2) through a combination of the means described in subdivision (1); before the excavation or demolition.
