Indiana Code § 8-1-26-11.4

"Tolerance zone"

Sec. 11.4. As used in this chapter, "tolerance zone", with respect to a physical plant, means an area extending not less than: (1) the width of the underground facilities of the physical plant; plus (2) two (2) feet; above, below, and in a full radius surrounding all outer limits of both the underground and aboveground facilities of the physical plant.
