Limits on donations between permittees in a calendar year

Sec. 7. (a) The commission may set limits on the amount of alcoholic beverages that a permittee may donate to an individual qualified organization that is a permittee in a calendar year.       (b) The limit set by the commission under subsection (a) may not exceed the following volume limits in a calendar year to an individual qualified organization that is a permittee: (1) Five thousand (5,000) bottles of wine in seven hundred fifty (750) milliliter bottles. (2) Five thousand (5,000) bottles of liquor in seven hundred fifty (750) milliliter bottles. (3) One thousand (1,000) cases of bottles of beer in twelve (12) ounce bottles.   IC 7.1-3-6.5 Chapter 6.5.
