Sec. 1. As used in this chapter, "craft manufacturer" means a person who holds: (1) a small brewery permit under IC 7.1-3-2-7 (5); (2) a farm winery permit under IC 7.1-3-12 ; or (3) an artisan distiller's permit under IC 7.1-3-27 .
