Indiana Code § 7.1-3-1.7-1

"Accredited hospitality management program"; "State educational institution"

Sec. 1. The following definitions apply throughout this chapter: (1) "Accredited hospitality management program" means a hospitality management program that is: (A) accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Programs in Hospitality Administration or a similar nationally recognized accrediting organization; and (B) offered by a state educational institution. (2) "State educational institution" has the meaning set forth in IC 21-7-13-32 .
