Self-study course test requirements

Sec. 9. A self-study course may not provide a test that is self-administered by the participant. A self-study course test must meet the following requirements: (1) The participant must appear in person at a location to take the test. (2) The participant's identity must be sufficiently verified. (3) Any other requirements established by the commission.
