"Joinder undertaking"

Sec. 6. As used in this chapter, "joinder undertaking" means an agreement entered into by: (1) one (1) or more eligible entities; and (2) a site selection organization; that each eligible entity will execute a joinder agreement in the event that the site selection organization selects a site in Indiana for the location of an event.
