"Joinder agreement"

Sec. 5. As used in this chapter, "joinder agreement" means an agreement entered into by: (1) one (1) or more eligible entities; and (2) a site selection organization; that sets out representations and assurances by each eligible entity in connection with the selection of a site in Indiana for the location of an event.
