Indiana Code § 4-32.3-2-35

"Substantial owner"

Sec. 35. "Substantial owner" means: (1) a person holding at least a five percent (5%) ownership interest; or (2) an institutional investor holding at least a fifteen percent (15%) ownership interest; in a business entity.
