Indiana Code § 4-32.3-2-34

"Seal card"

Sec. 34. "Seal card" means a board or placard, or, in the case of an electronic pull tab game, an electronic representation of a board or placard, used with pull tabs that contains one (1) or more seals, that when removed or opened, reveals a predesignated winning number, letter, symbol, or monetary denomination.
