Sec. 300. (a) "Sexual conduct", for purposes of IC 35-42-3.5-0.5 and IC 35-42-4-4 , has the meaning set forth in IC 35-42-4-4 (a). (b) "Sexual conduct", for purposes of IC 35-49 , has the meaning set forth in IC 35-49-1-9 .
