Sec. 94. "Illegal drug market target community", for purposes of IC 34-24-4 , means the following areas where a person participates in the illegal drug market: (1) The county in which the person's place of participation is located if the person violates a statute concerning possession or dealing of an illegal drug that is punishable as a Level 6 felony. (2) The county described in subdivision (1) plus all counties with a border contiguous to the county if the person violates a statute concerning possession or dealing of an illegal drug that is punishable as a Level 5 felony. (3) The counties described in subdivision (2) plus all counties with a border contiguous to those counties if the person violates a statute concerning possession or dealing of an illegal drug that is punishable as a Level 3 or Level 4 felony. (4) Indiana if the person violates a statute in Indiana concerning possession or dealing of an illegal drug that is punishable as a Level 1 or Level 2 felony.
