"Place of illegal drug activity"

Sec. 153. "Place of illegal drug activity", for purposes of IC 34-24-4 , means each county in which: (1) an individual drug user possesses or uses an illegal drug; or (2) the individual drug user: (A) resides; (B) attends school; or (C) is employed; during the period of the individual drug user's illegal drug use; unless a defendant in an action brought under IC 34-24-4 proves otherwise by clear and convincing evidence.
