Indiana Code § 34-6-2.1-151

"Physical harm"

Sec. 151. (a) "Physical harm", for purposes of IC 34-20 , means bodily injury, death, loss of services, and rights arising from any such injuries, as well as sudden, major damage to property.       (b) The term does not include gradually evolving damage to property or economic losses from such damage.
