Arbitrator's oath

Sec. 8. Before hearing any testimony, the arbitrator or arbitrators shall swear faithfully and fairly to: (1) hear and examine the matters in controversy; and (2) make a just award according to the best of the arbitrator's understanding. [Pre-1998 Recodification Citation: 34-4-1-5.]
