Time and place of arbitration; notice

Sec. 7. As soon as the bonds are delivered, either party may appoint a time and place for the arbitrator to meet, by giving the opposite party and the arbitrator not less than ten (10) days written notice. [Pre-1998 Recodification Citation: 34-4-1-4.]
