Sec. 3. The Wabash superior court has one (1) judge who shall hold sessions in: (1) the Wabash County courthouse in Wabash; or (2) other places in the county that the Wabash County executive provides. [Pre-2004 Recodification Citation: 33-5-45.1-7.]
