Sec. 2. (a) There is established a court of record to be known as the Wabash superior court. (b) The Wabash superior court is a standard superior court as described in IC 33-29-1 . (c) Wabash County comprises the judicial district of the court. [Pre-2004 Recodification Citation: 33-5-45.1-1.]
