Court of record; force and effect of judgments and orders

Sec. 7. (a) The court is a court of record.       (b) The court's judgments, decrees, orders, and proceedings: (1) have the same force and effect; and (2) shall be enforced in the same manner; as those of the Lake circuit court. [Pre-2004 Recodification Citation: 33-5-29.5-5.]
