Notice of intention to hold lien; recording; fee

Sec. 7. (a) The recorder of the county where a notice of intention to hold a lien is filed under section 6 of this chapter shall record the lien in the manner provided by law for the recording of mechanic's liens.       (b) The recorder shall receive a fee in accordance with IC 36-2-7-10 for the recording.
