Sec. 6.3. (a) The polls may not be located in a structure on or in which is affixed any display visible to a voter of political preference or party allegiance. Except as provided in subsection (b), this section does not prohibit the location of the polls in a structure that includes any pictures, photographs, or other likenesses of any currently elected federal, state, county, or local official. (b) The polls may not be located in a structure in which the polls or chute contain any display visible to the voter of political preference or party allegiance, including any pictures, photographs, or other likenesses of any currently elected federal, state, county, or local official.
