Location of polls in accessible and secure facility

Sec. 6. (a) The county executive shall locate the polls for each precinct in an accessible and secure facility.       (b) In locating the polls for a precinct, a county shall consider the relevant factors to ensure the security of the location set forth in guidance provided by the secretary of state.
