Proposed farm mutual insurance company requirements for certificate of authority

Sec. 4. A farm mutual insurance company that is established after June 30, 2003, must have at least: (1) two hundred fifty (250) applications for insurance policies; and (2) one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) in annual direct written premiums; before issuing an insurance policy.
