Sec. 9. (a) The department shall issue a notice or bulletin on at least two (2) occasions to notify insurers, third party administrators, and pharmacy benefit managers of the reporting requirements set forth in this chapter. (b) A notice or bulletin issued under this section must be posted on the department's website in a manner that is easily accessible to insurers, third party administrators, and pharmacy benefit managers.
