Sec. 8. (a) Before December 1 of each year, the department shall submit to the legislative council an annual report of the: (1) violations assessed; and (2) fines waived; under section 7 of this chapter in the previous calendar year. (b) A report described in this section must be submitted in an electronic format under IC 5-14-6 .
