Indiana Code § 25-42-1-20

"State practice laws"

Sec. 20. (a) "State practice laws" means a party state's laws, rules, and regulations that: (1) govern the practice of nursing; (2) define the scope of nursing practice; and (3) create the methods and grounds for imposing discipline on licensed nurses.       (b) "State practice laws" does not include requirements necessary to obtain and retain a license, other than qualifications or requirements of the home state.   IC 25-42-2 Chapter 2.
