Unauthorized practice of podiatric medicine; other violations

Sec. 1. (a) A person that knowingly engages or aids and abets another person, in the practice of podiatric medicine without a license issued under this article commits unauthorized practice of podiatric medicine, a Level 6 felony.       (b) A person who otherwise violates this article commits a Class C misdemeanor.   IC 25-30 ARTICLE 30.
