Sec. 3. The board may adopt rules that do the following: (1) Require podiatrists to report an impaired podiatrist to the board. (2) Approve certain voluntary treatment programs for impaired podiatrists that are medically directed and nonprofit. The rules must allow an approved treatment program to be exempt from reporting to the board if the impaired podiatrist is participating satisfactorily in the program. IC 25-29-8 Chapter 8.
