Proceedings for suspension or revocation of license; review

Sec. 28. (a) Proceedings before the commission for the suspension or revocation of any license shall be conducted in the manner provided by IC 4-21.5-3 .       (b) Any person aggrieved by any action of the commission in suspending or revoking his license or certificate of registration may seek judicial review by following IC 4-21.5-5 .       (c) Any person aggrieved by the commission's action in failing to issue or renew a license or certificate of registration may seek judicial review by following IC 4-21.5-5 .
