Sec. 27. Subject to IC 25-1-7 , the commission may, upon its own motion and shall, upon the verified complaint in writing of any person setting forth specifically the wrongful act or acts complained of, investigate any action or business transaction of any licensee in accordance with IC 25-1-11 . Approval by a majority of all members of the commission shall be required for any action to be taken. Formerly: Acts 1972, P.L.188, SEC.1.
