Sec. 1. (a) This chapter applies to an individual licensed under this article. (b) This chapter does not apply to: (1) physicians licensed under IC 25-22.5 ; (2) nurses licensed under IC 25-23 ; (3) psychologists licensed under IC 25-33 ; or (4) attorneys licensed to practice law in Indiana; when providing counseling services within the scope of practice for which they are licensed.
