Indiana Code § 25-23.6-5-9

Duration of license; renewal

Sec. 9. (a) Subject to IC 25-1-2-6 (e), a license issued by the board is valid for the remainder of the renewal period in effect on the date the license was issued.       (b) An individual may renew a license by: (1) paying a renewal fee on or before the expiration date of the license; and (2) completing not less than twenty (20) hours of continuing education per licensure year.       (c) If an individual fails to pay a renewal fee on or before the expiration date of a license, the license becomes invalid.
