Failure to renew license; reinstatement; fee

Sec. 18. (a) Subject to IC 25-1-2-6 (e), any person who fails to renew a license before it expires shall be reinstated by the board upon meeting the requirements under IC 25-1-8-6 .       (b) A person who fails to apply to reinstate a license under this section within three (3) years after the date it expires may be issued a license by the board if the person meets the requirements under IC 25-1-8-6 .
