Receipts; use and disposition

Sec. 17. All moneys received shall be deposited with the treasurer of state at the end of each month and be placed by him in the general fund of the state. The expenses of said board shall be paid from the general fund upon appropriation being made therefrom in the manner provided for the making of such appropriations. Formerly: Acts 1949, c.159, s.17.
