Complaints; violations

Sec. 3. A complaint for a violation of a provision of this chapter is sufficient if the complaint alleges that a person on a specific day: (1) engaged in the practice of surveying in Indiana; (2) did not have a valid certificate of registration; and (3) was not exempt from registration.
