Indiana Code § 25-21.5-11-2

Violation of orders

Sec. 2. A person who violates an order issued under section 1 of this chapter shall be punished for contempt of court. An order does not relieve a person who is engaged in the practice of surveying but who is not a professional surveyor from the requirement of registering under this article or exempt the person from criminal prosecution.
