Sec. 1. (a) The agency shall collect the following fees under this article: (1) An initial registration fee of one hundred dollars ($100). (2) A biennial renewal fee of one hundred dollars ($100). (3) A restoration fee of one hundred dollars ($100). (b) The fees collected by the agency under this article shall be deposited by the agency in the same manner as other fees collected by the agency are deposited. IC 25-20.7-4 Chapter 4.
