Sec. 9. The agency shall renew a registration of a registered interior designer only if the registered interior designer meets the following conditions: (1) The applicant successfully completes the continuing education requirements under this chapter. (2) The applicant pays the renewal fee under IC 25-20.7-3 . (3) Except for an applicant who is registered under section 8 of this chapter, the applicant: (A) has documentation of successful completion of the examination administered by the ARE; or (B) holds a current certificate issued by the NCIDQ.
