License holder deemed qualified

Sec. 7. The holder of a license under the provisions of this chapter, shall be deemed qualified to serve as the administrator of that type of health facility for which the holder is licensed.       In carrying out its responsibilities under this chapter, The Board may seek the advice of various disciplines, agencies, institutions and individuals having an interest in long-term care.
