Sec. 1. The board may require a person who applies for licensure as a dietitian under this article to have: (1) completed a major course of study in human nutrition, nutrition education, food and nutrition, and dietetics or food systems management; and (2) received a baccalaureate or higher degree from a regionally accredited college or university located in the United States or its territories.
