Necessity of license; Class B misdemeanor

Sec. 3. (a) Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, it is unlawful for any person to practice dental hygiene in Indiana without a license from the board authorizing that person to practice dental hygiene in this state.       (b) A person who knowingly or intentionally violates this section commits a Class B misdemeanor.
