Sec. 20. (a) An individual who: (1) is licensed under; and (2) fails to comply with; this article or rules adopted under this article is subject to discipline under IC 25-1-9 . (b) An individual who is licensed under this article is responsible for knowing the standards of conduct and practice established by this article and rules adopted under this article.
