Attorney general's authority to investigate the market concentration of a health care entity; confidential nonpublic information

Sec. 3.7. (a) The office of the attorney general may at any time investigate the market concentration of a health care entity. The office of the attorney general may issue a civil investigative demand under IC 4-6-3 to a health care entity subject to an investigation conducted under this section.       (b) The office of the attorney general shall keep confidential all nonpublic information obtained in the course of an investigation conducted under this section. Confidential information may not be released to the public.
